RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and produce graphic materials for print and digital channels (social media visuals, banners, brochures, reports, toolkits, presentations, newsletters, booth materials, etc.).
- Process and manage graphic design requests through the project management tool (Smartsheet) from internal departments and the Marketing team, ensuring timely delivery and full compliance with brand guidelines.
- Support the development of creative concepts and visual assets for marketing campaigns, especially around major meetings and events.
- Prepare and update branded templates (reports, presentations, toolkits, statistical documents) ensuring strict compliance with branding guidelines.
- Assist in maintaining and curating the organisation’s graphic archive on SharePoint and Figma.
- Create and manage design files and shared libraries in Figma to ensure consistency across products and services.
- Collaborate with external graphic agencies when needed, supporting the preparation of briefs and reviewing outputs for brand compliance.
- Contribute proactively to strengthening visual consistency and brand recognition across the organisation.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and Figma
Solid understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple design requests simultaneously.
Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing is a plus.
Familiarity with project management and AI-driven tools is a plus
Fluency in English is a must
