Lead Growth Strategist

About the Role
The Lead Growth Strategist will drive growth strategy programs for small molecules segment. This role will act as a 'spider in the web' across stakeholders to ensure alignment on initiatives critical to the company's ambitious growth plans.
Key Responsibilities
* Strategy:
* Refine and execute a 5-year strategic plan for small molecules segment, collaborating with key stakeholders and reporting progress to top management.
* Develop and manage M&A pipeline for small molecules segment, identifying targets that fill capability gaps or accelerate revenue and EBITDA objectives.
* Support strategic projects and initiatives that strengthen value chain.
* Product & Portfolio Management:
* Track portfolio profitability and KPIs, driving optimization initiatives in collaboration with Finance.
* Develop business cases for portfolio development, maintenance, and rationalization for small molecules segment, collaborating with Marketing, Science, and Finance.
* Ensure client acquisition and maintenance aligns with segmentation strategy, working with Marketing.
* Go to Market:
* Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats within small molecules segment.
* Articulate target customers, value proposition, and sources of differentiation for small molecules segment, working with Marketing.
* Refine pricing framework and run governance accordingly.
* Audit potential partnerships for assigned segment, collaborating with EC.
Requirements:
* Master's degree in a scientific or business discipline.
* Significant experience in Strategy, Marketing, Business Development, or a similar role, ideally in pharmaceutical or consulting industry.
* Proven track record of driving strategic initiatives and delivering measurable results.
* Strong strategic planning, project management, financial modeling, and market insights skills.
* Hands-on, team player, analytical problem solver, excellent communication skills, and ability to lead through influence and motivation.
* Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
* Proficient in MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint; PowerBI).
