Enquirus is the largest free lost and stolen watch and jewellery database in the world, a global, secure platform to protect and store information about your watches and jewellery.
What does it do?
Enquirus allows users to
* Register and securely store essential watch and jewellery documents
* Report stolen watches and jewellery products
* Search and check if a product is stolen
Enquirus creates a community of law enforcement bodies, manufacturers, retailers, insurers, and owners and enables them to upload, search, and share critical information about lost and stolen items thus helping tackle watch and jewellery theft.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
The Business Development Project Manager for Enquirus is responsible for driving the growth and expansion of the platform through strategic external partnerships, managing key relationships with Pre-owned partners, Watch Repairs Center and external Maisons. Overseeing digital marketing initiatives, coordinating communications, and supporting key operational functions and events. This role is crucial for scaling the platform's reach, ensuring effective engagement with partners and stakeholders, and enhancing the overall visibility and adoption of Enquirus.
Pre-owned Partners And Watch Repairs Center Management
* Lead onboarding for high-volume external partners (Pre-owned/Watch Repairs Centers), including API usage and Enquirus terms agreement, based on successful existing partner models.
* Serve as primary contact for these partners, managing inquiries (including communication/logo use) and fostering relationships.
Digital Marketing Oversight (SEO/SEA)
* Manage the relationship with Enquirus SEO/SEA partner.
* Oversee SEO/SEA strategy development, implementation, and performance tracking to optimize visibility and user acquisition (for End clients and partners).
* Monitor KPIs and analyze results for continuous improvement.
External Maisons Engagement
* Manage inquiries and information needs from external Maisons.
* Develop and refine the strategy for external Maison engagement, outlining different levels of engagement.
* Manage new requirements in collaboration with Enquirus Product Owner.
* Build and maintain relationships with External Maison contacts.
Communications Coordination
* Coordinate all internal and external communications, working with internal experts, the PR team, and external specialists/agencies.
* Includes managing social media content for SEA and overseeing video/other communication support.
* Ensure alignment with the PR team and Enquirus Management.
* Adapt website, email campaign, CRC process to better communicate Enquirus value proposition to external partners.
Operational Support
* Provide backup support for the Operation Project Manager regarding CRC Management during absences.
Event Management
* Contribute to the planning and execution of key industry events (e.g., W&W).
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent level
Prior experience in project management and coordination within fast paced and multinational environment
Strong organisational and problem solving skills
Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills
Team player with desire to learn
Fluent English and French
