Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific or technical field; advanced degree preferred.
8+ years in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
4+ years in Quality Risk Management (QRM).
Experience in Business Continuity Management (BCM) is desirable.
Strong knowledge of GxP regulations and guidelines.
Proven experience in process optimization, integration, and continuous improvement.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
Attention to detail and a commitment to safety, quality, and operational continuity.
Ability to influence and communicate effectively within a matrixed organization.
Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and improve QRM procedures and BCP processes.
Lead stakeholder engagement to embed risk-based approaches across the Quality Management System.
Support teams in risk management and business continuity planning.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks.
Stay current with industry best practices and regulations.
Foster a culture of risk awareness and proactive management.
Monitor and report on QRM and BCP performance metrics.
Participate in regulatory inspections and industry benchmarking.
Lead crisis management liaison activities and BCP testing exercises.
Support training, coaching, and community of practice initiatives.
Travel up to 15% as required.
