Role description
We are looking for a motivated and creative intern to join our Marketing team at Arethia. In this role, you will be supporting the group-wide implementation of marketing and communications activities. If you have recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in communications, marketing or a related field, this is your chance to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic international environment.

Minimum Qualifications
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in communications, marketing, business, or a related field.
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams.
* Organised and solution-driven, showing initiative and proactivity in problem-solving.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
* Curiosity and genuine interest in brand marketing and communications.
* Flexibility and willingness to learn in a dynamic, international environment.
* Ability to speak and write in English and German fluently and idiomatically.

Your Mission
Brand & Content
* Help manage and roll out brand elements consistently across assets and touchpoints (presentations, brochures, packaging, merchandise).
* Support social media planning (content drafting, scheduling, monitoring).
* Track and summarise industry news, trends, and competitors.
Customer Engagement & Activation
* Support the coordination of customer gifts and branded merchandise (selection, ordering, distribution, tracking)
* Help manage stock and logistics of marketing materials.
* Assist in organising international tradeshows (logistics, giveaways) and internal employer branding events.
* Support internal and external communications (e.g., newsletters, email updates) with content drafting, formatting, and distribution
* Help analyse campaign results and event feedback to improve future activities.
Processes & Tools
* Help manage internal platforms (SharePoint/Confluence) for marketing resources.
* Document marketing processes and workflows for knowledge sharing.
* Support expense tracking, vendor coordination, and reporting.
