To support our Architectural Concepts team at our headquarters in Schaffhausen, we are looking for an intern.
Position Details
Duration: 6 months. Start: April 2026.
Your Mission at IWC
* Support the creative development of concepts for retail projects, trade fairs and exhibitions, contributing from early ideation through to detailed design execution.
* Contribute to creating immersive customer experiences, encompassing spatial design, storytelling, product displays, and sensory elements.
* Take ownership of setting up and maintaining the material library ensuring proper organization, cataloguing and ongoing upkeep, while researching materials and innovative solutions with a focus on sustainability.
* Research trends within the retail landscape and prepare a comprehensive final presentation to be shared with the Brand Experience team at the conclusion of the internship.
* Support the team with administrative tasks.
How You Become Part Of The Journey
* Currently enrolled in or recently completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in Architecture, Design, or related field.
* Strong interest in luxury retail design, experiential spaces, and storytelling.
* Excellent creativity, problem-solving skills, proactivity, and attentiveness to detail.
* Comfortable working across different scales and project phases, with a collaborative mindset.
* Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent tools.
* Familiarity with 3D rendering software (e.g., Rhinoceros, Archicad, Keyshot, 3dsMax, Vray).
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Fluency in English is required.
