Key Missions You are in charge of monitoring and interviews, establishing a personalized action plan, supporting beneficiaries in social and professional aspects, coordinating with internal partners, and ensuring compliance with rules. Profile You have a bachelor's degree in social work (recognition by SEFRI if foreign diploma). Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. You have a good knowledge of the Vaud network and insurance systems. You have excellent French (oral and written); knowledge of English or other languages is an asset.
