JOB PURPOSEAn exciting opportunity exists for a world class General Managerto drive the onboard Guest Experience and Hotel Operations for our newly created luxury travel brand Explora Journeys.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESLead the entire onboard Guest Experience and Hotel Operations, including revenue / service outlets, guest facing operations;Deliver on the brand standards and procedures;Hands on leader who will inspire, guide and mentor the onboard team.QUALIFICATIONS (skills, competencies, experience)A minimum of 3-year experience as a Hotel Director or General Manager;Extensive experience with diverse Luxury / Premium hospitality;Finance and Administration experience;Previous experience in Start Ups / Pre-openings is an advantage;Previous experience onboard international cruise ships;Proficient in English. Any additional languages, particularly European languages is considered an advantage.VISA REQUIREMENTS (if any)Possess a valid passport and seaman book.
