Overview
As Store Manager, you will lead your store with vision and care, ensuring smooth daily operations while driving long-term success.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement commercial, team, and operational strategies aligned with Sessùn’s values
* Make impactful business and commercial decisions to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
* Lead, motivate, and support your team, setting clear objectives and fostering professional growth
* Collaborate with your team to bring forward innovative ideas that enhance store performance and profitability
* Uphold and promote the Sessùn brand image at all times
Weekly working hours: between 33 and 41 hours
