For our Group Human Resources department at the Marin (NE) site, we are looking for a:
Senior HR, HRIS Project Manager
Your mission
As part of the modernisation of our Group HR information system, you manage the migration project of our current tool to SuccessFactors. You also support the VP HR on various topics and projects.
Your responsibilities
SuccessFactors Project (~ 70%) :
* Lead the migration project from SAP HCM to SuccessFactors within budget, deliverables and deadlines.
* Coordinate the various project stakeholders (integrator, IT, BPO, local HR).
* Ensure the reliability, consistency and quality of HR data and monitor it.
* Keep the overall organisational structure up to date.
* Provide support to local HR on global HR processes and system usage. Support change management for the various system users.
Support to the Vice President HR (~30%):
* Identify areas for optimisation of HR processes
* Participate in various group projects
* Reports and analyses on various Group HR topics
Your profile
* Higher education in human resources and project management.
* Proven experience as an HR manager and project manager.
* Excellent command of SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM.
* Comfortable with numbers and very good knowledge of Excel.
* Analytical and synthetic mind, autonomy, rigour and precision.
* Good team spirit and stress resistance.
* Excellent command of French and English.
