Job Description As a Senior Product Owner for System Accessories, you shape the future of an entire product segment. You define the strategy, steer a cross-functional team, and take full entrepreneurial ownership. In this leadership position, you connect customer insights, market trends and business goals to ensure your product delivers maximum impact across global markets. Your main tasks: Lead and coach a cross-functional Product Team, define acceptance criteria, and support team members in delivering high-quality results. Translate the overarching Power Tools strategy into a clear product segment vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment and understanding across stakeholders. Take full responsibility for the product segment’s lifecycle decisions and drive profitability through entrepreneurial decision-making. Own and manage the product backlog – including prioritization, team task assignments and the overall delivery process. Serve as the central communication point for internal and external stakeholders.
