Your tasks
* Independent implementation of renovation and new construction projects in all planning and execution phases while safeguarding the owner interests of AEW Energie AG
* Responsibility for operationally relevant office and commercial buildings
* Preparation, execution, and evaluation of tenders
* Leadership and coordination of external partners (project management, architects, specialist planners, general planners, contractors)
* Ensuring economic efficiency, schedule, and quality requirements
* Responsibility for construction administration including contract management, cost and schedule overviews, invoice verification, and project documentation
* Deputizing the team leader of real estate in selected topics such as budgeting, reporting, conceptual project phases, or sustainability
Your profile
* Completed advanced vocational training in construction, architecture, construction management, or an equivalent qualification
* Several years of experience in construction management, especially in tenders and quality assurance
* Sound knowledge of relevant Swiss building standards and building acceptance processes
* Knowledge of IVöB procurement processes is an advantage
* Entrepreneurial thinking, organizational talent, and structured, independent working style
* Assertive personality with high personal responsibility
* Very good oral and written German skills
* Interest in sustainability topics and energy‑efficient construction projects
* Confident handling of MS Office; experience with SAP or CAFM systems is an advantage
