In this role, you will shape the future of calibration technologies, lead a global organization, and ensure industrial excellence worldwide.
What tasks will you take on?
* Lead and strategically develop the Calibration Technology organization, fostering operational excellence and strong cross‑functional collaboration.
* Ensure end-to-end accountability for calibration rigs, covering new developments, retrofit and repeat solutions, lifecycle management, and Level‑3 support.
* Drive and own system engineering and concept development for calibration technologies, including the definition and governance of system architectures.
* Define and implement global calibration system roadmaps aligned with key stakeholders.
* Ensure compliance, quality, and overall budget responsibility while managing global interfaces across internal and external partners.
What do we expect from you?
* Hold a Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Industrial or Process Engineering); additional education in systems engineering, manufacturing technologies, or management is a plus.
* Proven leadership experience in custom machine building, complemented by strong expertise in industrial systems and manufacturing equipment.
* Have a solid understanding of industrial standards including ISO 17025, as well as quality requirements and a strong focus on total cost of ownership.
* Have proven experience managing budgets, resources, and external partners in global matrix organizations, and building high‑performing teams.
* Bring people together, drive alignment across multiple stakeholders, and translate strategic goals into impactful execution.
* Confidently lead transformations with strong analytical thinking and a passion for innovation in calibration technologies.
* Be fluent in German and English and communicate confidently across international stakeholders.
