You will work hands‑on with production, engineering, and suppliers in a highly collaborative environment. This setup allows you to deepen your expertise while understanding adjacent processes. * Develop and optimize production equipment and processes
* Design mechanical components tools and technical solutions
* Support industrialization of new products and manufacturing concepts
* Improve efficiency quality and cost across production
* Develop and optimize high voltage production processes
* Analyze and solve electrical and technical production issues
* Ensure safe and compliant manufacturing concepts
* Collaborate with engineering quality and suppliers
Your background
* Degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or similar field
* Solid understanding of mechanical or electrical systems
* Experience with technical drawings schematics or CAD tools
* Structured independent and solution‑oriented working style
* Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills
* Good communication skills in a technical environment
