ClassLink is seeking a Sales Engineer to collaborate with our Sales team in introducing, promoting, and championing ClassLink to new K–12 school districts.
Responsibilities
Support the Sales team throughout the sales process by delivering impactful presentations and offering subject matter expertise on technical integrations, product implementation, and industry best practices.
Attend conferences to drive new sales initiatives and gather customer feedback for product development.
Act as a key liaison between the Sales team and Product Development, actively collaborating with developers, participating in development meetings, and providing strategic feedback to help shape the product roadmap.
Provide updates to the Sales team on product development, updates, and initiatives.
Deliver training and guidance to the Sales team on new product development, best practices, and support Sales efforts with product knowledge.
Actively seek ways to improve product functionality, performance, and suitability for K-12 students, faculty, and staff.

Requirements
Prior experience as a systems or network engineer, technology director, CTO, or similar role at a K-12 or Higher Education institution is required.
Strong technical background in Identity Management, Rostering, and SIS products, and technologies like SQL, REST APIs, and system integrations.
Direct, hands-on experience with ClassLink products is highly preferred.
Ability to travel up to 50%.
Ability to attend conferences, dinners and meetings which may require travel on weekends and/or evenings.
BA/BS in computer science, computer engineering or equivalent experience is required.
