Missions
1. Plan, organize, and coordinate on-site work, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
2. Supervise onsite teams and ensure smooth communication between clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, etc.
3. Monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
4. Manage administrative and financial aspects of projects, including billing and budget tracking.
Qualifications
* Degree in Construction Management or equivalent training.
* Proven experience in construction management (minimum 7 years), especially in civil engineering and concrete works.
* Ability to manage multiple projects with rigor and organization.
* Entrepreneurial spirit and team-oriented mindset.
* Knowledge of current standards and regulations.
