We are seeking a dynamic and talented Customer Service Representative to advocate for internal and external customers. This role supports daily order management operations to ensure timely and complete shipments, consistently exceeding customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process sales orders and confirm product availability.
* Manage consignment inventory replenishment and coordinate deliveries.
* Handle shipment and return of loan requests.
* Address customer inquiries, manage credits, and trace lost shipments.
* Approve and manage return requests.
* Communicate open orders and backorder reports.
* Coordinate physical inventories and reconcile discrepancies.
* Approve stock allocation and issue special price quotations.
* Reconcile forecasts with orders and inventory systems.
* Connect customers to appropriate support.
Qualifications:
* 3+ years of customer service experience (Medical Device or Pharmaceutical preferred).
* Fluent in French, English, and German; Italian is a plus.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
* Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
* Excellent communication skills and commitment to exceptional customer service.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
