Your background
* Master’s degree in electrical engineering
* 2–5 years of experience in R&D within a business environment with a focus on high voltage
* Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
* Solid understanding of energy systems and transformers; experience with bushings is a plus
* Ability to align R&D activities with business processes and strategic goals
* Customer‑focused mindset with the ability to translate requirements into technical solutions
* Awareness of intellectual property considerations in the R&D lifecycle
* Open‑minded, collaborative, creative, and eager to learn
