Job Title: Legal Counsel - Leased Workforce
Job Location: Zurich or Bern, Switzerland
Main Responsibilities:
* Driving review on commercial contracts (e.g., purchase and sales contracts)
* Interpreting Swiss laws relevant to daily business operations in related to ICT industry, consumer business and so on,
* Providing advice on compliance matters (e.g., labor law, competition law, trade secret, etc.)
* Handling some simple cases before the court or official investigations
* Providing support on matters related to the DPO and GDPR
Requirements:
* At least 5 years of experience as in-house legal counsel for some companies or law firm lawyer in some law firms
* Fluent in English and German mandatory
* You are professional, dynamic and highly motivated in working in ICT sector
* Experience in handling the transaction or issues in related to commercial laws, tech laws, regulatory and compliance matters as well as further areas of the laws;
