About the role
As a Data Modeler, you will make an impact by designing and maintaining conceptual, logical, and physical data models to support business processes and analytics. You will be a valued member of the data architecture team and work collaboratively with engineers and analysts.
In this role, you will:
* Develop and maintain data models aligned with business requirements.
* Ensure consistency and integrity of data across systems.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to define data standards and governance.
* Optimize data models for performance and scalability.
* Document data structures and relationships for technical and business users.
Work model
Hybrid position requiring presence in Zurich, Switzerland.
What you need to have
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
* Strong experience in data modeling for relational and dimensional databases.
* Proficiency in ER modeling tools and SQL
* Knowledge of data warehousing and BI concepts.
* Understanding of data governance and metadata management.
These will help you stand out
* Experience with big data and cloud-based data platforms.
* Familiarity with data modeling for NoSQL and graph databases.
* Exposure to master data management solutions.
* Strong communication and documentation skills.
* Ability to work in agile environments.
