Overview
Appointed by one of our clients, a rapidly evolving company focused on parking solutions, we are looking for a full-time Sales Manager.
Responsibilities
Identify and qualify new sales opportunities.
Arrange and lead meetings with prospective clients to explore their parking solution requirements.
Create customized marketing materials and presentations tailored to client needs.
Develop comprehensive proposals and pricing offers based on client specifications and initial site evaluations.
Maintain consistent follow-up on prospects and manage an active sales pipeline.
Represent at industry trade shows and networking events to build relationships and increase brand awareness.
Handle negotiations related to pricing and contract terms.
Finalize agreements and secure signed contracts.
Oversee the recruitment, management, and support of sales partners and distribution channels.
Qualifications
Demonstrated success in sales, preferably in the luxury goods, real estate, or customized solutions industries.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Skilled at grasping and clearly explaining complex technical information.
Strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
Proficiency in a minimum of three languages.
