The Project Management team is responsible for a successful execution of complex customer, innovation and product development projects in an international environments in the given time and cost budget and ensures a high customer satisfaction (through excellent delivery performance, quality and other services).
1. Lead a Project Team of four Project Manager
2. Responsible for complex international customer, innovation, and product development projects within defined timelines and budgets
3. Drive project profitability through proactive steering, change management, and margin optimization
4. Ensure high customer satisfaction through strong delivery performance and product quality
5. Analyze market trends, technologies, and competitor activities to identify and develop future product opportunities
6. Define product strategies, value propositions, portfolio roadmaps, and pricing approaches in alignment with business goals
7. Monitor product performance using key business and operational KPIs
8. Gather and prioritize product requirements and translate them into actionable development inputs in close collaboration with R&D
9. Support product industrialization, including supply chain setup and production readiness
10. Manage product launches and enable the organization through training and communication
11. Develop and execute go-to-market plans and support sales with product expertise and marketing content
12. Represent the product in customer and channel engagements
13. Lead technology and product development for cable and cable assembly solutions in alignment with market needs
14. Manage technical development projects from concept through feasibility to product release
Your profile
15. University degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Technology Management, or a related technical field. Additional qualification in Project Management (, IPMA, PMI) is preferred
16. Expert knowledge of project management principles (, IPMA Level B or PMI PMP certification preferred)
17. Proven experience in product lifecycle management
18. Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders across cultures and functions
19. Adaptive leadership style with strengths in coaching, mentoring, and team development
20. Entrepreneurial mindset with strong commercial awareness and focus on market alignment, timelines, and budgets
21. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive alignment across organizational boundaries
22. Strong conflict resolution and stakeholder management skills
23. Analytical, data-driven problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to risk mitigation
24. High resilience and ability to navigate complex environments with a calm and structured approach
25. Ability to foster accountability, collaboration, and a high-performance culture
26. Professional working language skills in English and German (fluent minimum B2 level)
27. Good IT proficiency (Microsoft Office / O365, PDM, ERP systems)
28. Willingness to travel (up to 10%)
