As Commercial Excellence & Customer Insights Manager, you will help shaping the commercial direction of our product offerings and ensure that customer and market insights inform key decisions. Support us in the production and development of cutting-edge medical technology solutions that enable people around the world to self-manage diabetes and other chronic diseases.
Your main tasks
* Develop commercial and pricing strategies, as well as compelling value propositions for our product platforms, in close collaboration with Product Management
* Create and continuously refine differentiated value propositions that align with customer needs and the competitive landscape
* Design and maintain sales reporting dashboards and KPIs to assess performance, identify trends, and highlight opportunities for improvement
* Coordinate customer research, support customer analyses, translate insights into actionable measures, and represent the voice of the customer in discussions with Product Management
* Support sales teams on key opportunities and train them on platform positioning, competitive differentiation, and value-based messaging
Your profile
* At least 5 years of experience in marketing, business development, or product management, preferably in the medical technology or pharmaceutical industry
* Master's degree in business, engineering, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
* Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to analyze customers, competitors, and market trends to identify opportunities and develop an effective marketing mix
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and a positive, proactive can-do attitude
* Fluency in English (C1) and good German skills (B2)
