Responsibilities
Assess, monitor and mitigate cybersecurity risks related to corporate cloud infrastructures and services.
Design, implement and maintain Cloud Security solutions in line with international frameworks and standards such as ISO/IEC 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework and Cloud Architecture Framework.
Collaborate with IT, Infrastructure, DevOps and Compliance teams to ensure the protection of sensitive data and compliance with banking sector regulations.
Define security policies, procedures and best practices for public and hybrid cloud environments.
Support vulnerability assessment, incident management and remediation of security issues.
Participate in the review of cloud architectures ensuring the adoption of security-by-design principles.
Deliver training and awareness sessions on cybersecurity topics to technical and non-technical staff.
Monitor the evolution of cyber threats and propose continuous improvement strategies for the company’s security posture.
Requirements
Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related disciplines.
At least 3 years of professional experience in similar roles in Cloud Security or Cybersecurity.
Hands-on experience in managing and protecting cloud environments, particularly on GCP and Azure.
Knowledge of major cybersecurity frameworks and standards (ISO/IEC 27001, NIST, CIS Controls).
Cloud/security certifications will be considered a plus (CCSP, CCSK, Azure Security Engineer, Google Professional Cloud Security Engineer or equivalents).
Familiarity with the banking sector and regulations related to data protection and compliance.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and prioritisation skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Good command of Italian and English, both written and spoken.
