We carry them out according to the highest quality requirements.Your tasks:- Planning and execution of construction and renovation projects in collaboration with our internal specialists and external partners- Participation in calls for tenders- Selection, monitoring, and coordination of project teams- Management of SIA project phases (studies, permit applications, calls for tenders, execution monitoring, project closure)- Optimization of processes for our various projects and constitution of the project file for our various clients- Project reporting to the Client (costs, deadlines, quality, risk management)- Autonomous management of the client relationshipYour profile:- Higher education degree in engineering or architecture (University/University of Applied Sciences or equivalent)- 3 to 5 years of experience in Switzerland in a similar position- Knowledge of SIA standards- Confirmed experience in project management in separate trades- Perfect command of French- Very good knowledge of English (minimum B2 level)- Knowledge of German is an asset- Mastery of standard office software (Microsoft Office Suite)- Project management tools and software (MS Project, SAP/Messerli)- Excellent analytical and synthesis skills- Autonomous, flexible, rigorous, and with good resistance to stress- Very good communicator with a good sense of analysis and listening to needsReady for us?
