Job description
* Support experienced project managers in planning and executing retail construction projects.
* Independent handling of construction administration: budgeting, cost control, tendering, contracts, construction insurance, and permit procedures.
* Review of design, approval, and construction drawings as well as relevant working documents.
* Coordination of construction realization and organization of project handover, including defect checks and commissioning.
* Ensuring integration of IT and security requirements according to brand standards.
* Placing orders and tracking deliveries.
* Monitoring maintenance and renovation work in existing boutiques.
* Maintaining and further developing internal guidelines and material samples.
* Communication and collaboration with external architects, engineers, contractors, and the local Swatch Group project management teams.
* Planning and implementation of shop‑in‑shop installations.
