Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
For our Laboratory Weighing (LabTec), which is a Global Business Area of METTLER TOLEDO and the world's leading manufacturer of laboratory balances, we are looking for a communicative and charismatic E-Learning & Video Specialist 100% (all genders).
In this role, your responsibilities would include:
* You will create and edit training videos made with mobile phone devices or classical digital cams with Adobe Video Editing software for internal training use
* You will plan and execute digital training projects and be responsible for the creation and development of the online courses in the Articulate 360 authoring tool and work on the design of the scheduled yearly online course agenda
* Furthermore, you will be responsible for LabTec product launch interview-style videos, New Hires digital training packages available on our platform LMS (Learning Management System) and respective upload of the activities
* You will take care and responsibility of produced material (naming, consistency, style, versions) of the digital training activities (videos, online courses, documents, etc.) and archive of the LabTec training content
What You Need to Succeed
Following requirements are necessary for this role:
* You have a degree in instructional design, visual communication, marketing, or a related field.
* You have at least one year of experience in video editing and production, ideally in digital training for sales & service, using mobile-optimized or professional digital cameras.
* You feel comfortable being in front of the camera in the role of a presenter or as a moderator.
* Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Articulate Rise & Storyline, Canva, and LMS systems is a plus
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1) and some basic German (B1) skills are requested
