Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-level administrative support to different Executive members including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
* Prepare and proofread documents, presentations, and reports, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
* Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the executives.
* Manage and prioritize incoming requests, emails, and correspondence.
* Support project tracking and follow-ups across departments as required.
* Organize events, meetings, and executive off-sites.
* Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior executives.
* Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages a plus).
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools.
* High degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
* Ability to anticipate needs, work independently, and adapt to changing priorities.
