Are you a skilled Infrastructure Delivery Lead looking to make a real impact in the energy sector? We’re supporting a global energy organisation in the search for an experienced infrastructure professional to act as the key interface between the internal infrastructure team and a major strategic vendor.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing service delivery, ensuring contractual and SLA compliance, scrutinising technical outputs, and providing assurance that the infrastructure services delivered truly meet business and operational needs. This is a hands‑on leadership role where strong infrastructure expertise and stakeholder management are essential to success.
The Role:
* Lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure services and projects across the organisation.
* Manage internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely, accurate and budget-conscious delivery.
* Oversee the full lifecycle, from planning to execution and reporting.
* Challenge technical proposals and identify operational gaps to drive optimal outcomes.
* Collaborate closely with senior IT leadership and cross-functional teams.
What You Bring:
* 5+ years of experience delivering infrastructure services and projects and have management experience.
* Strong knowledge of infrastructure fundamentals.
* Proven ability to manage small technical teams and outsorced delivery model, including coordinating offshore teams.
* Excellent communication, analytical and presentation skills.
* Strategic, proactive, and fast-learning.
* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Comfortable translating business needs into technical solutions.
* Confident to challenging suppliers and ensuring accountability in delivery.
