Job Title: Network Solutions Director
A highly skilled leader is sought to manage a global network practice, driving business growth and innovation in the EU region. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in IT infrastructure, specifically in network transformation projects and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of network professionals across geographies to manage solutions, proposals, innovations, best practices, and business growth.
* Articulate and confidently present network technical concepts and business value propositions.
* Work in a multifaceted work culture, managing complex technical integrations and collaborating with partner ecosystems.
Primary Skills:
* Business Growth: Establish growth of practice for revenue & size and SMART Networking solutions.
* Technology: Prepare competitive network solutions covering all aspects of network technologies & related security and other IT infrastructure aspects.
* Integration with other practices: Collaborate with alliances and other teams for innovative seamless migration frameworks in line with Infosys Polycloud Management solutions.
* Solutions: Present & defend these solutions with a compelling value proposition.
* Team Management: Support/Lead the Network solutions team for both transformation and managed services.
* Emerging Technologies: Enhance network solution offerings with innovation, including 5G, AI (Infra/network for AI and Infra/Network for AI), etc.
* Global Ecosystem Leverage: Create visibility & awareness of practice within CIS and the wider ecosystem.
* Alliance Relations: Collaborate with alliances and partners to boost innovation & growth.
* Analyst Relations: Maintain strong relations with analysts from key research organizations.
* Technical Support Enablement: Provide necessary technical support for network transformation projects.
* Escalation Management: Provide technical support for escalations in managed services & operations.
Secondary Skills:
* Proficiency in enterprise solutions with a deep understanding of interdependent in-house network & related technologies, workflow-based sub-services, and the ability to integrate entities as part of M&A activities.
* Proven practice management skills, driving results within internal and external business units, focusing on business readiness and practice growth in the region.
* Deep understanding of AI, GenAI, or Agentic AI solutions and related network management & automation.
* Experience in chaos engineering to enhance processes, address information security gaps, and perform internal audits and MIS reporting.
* Adeptness in IoT VAPT, Zero Trust Security, and orchestration, ensuring robust controls for interconnected IoT landscapes.
* Basic understanding of core domain stack such as Identity (LDAP, Entra), AD Federation, DNS, remote access solutions (Zscaler, Checkpoint, Citrix, CAC), and authentication knowledge.
* Operate autonomously with extensive requisition analysis, RCA on incidents, change management, and capacity management to scale effectively as business demands.

Qualifications:

* Proficiency in English, with knowledge of at least one official European language (German, French, or Italian).
* Experience in managing and working with globally diverse teams.
