Job Description
The purpose of this role is to support the Commercial Team in various areas, including sales performance management and data accuracy.
* Responsibilities:
* Provide accurate daily sales flash and ECOM flash to the Commercial Teams
* Support ad hoc sales analysis (on products, network, sell-in, sell-out, etc.)
* Create and maintain dashboards with Commercial teams' KPIs
* Prepare monthly sales reports for management
Data Accuracy and Maintenance:
* Maintain an accurate list of point of sales, openings and closings
* Provide gap analysis between different systems listing our point of sales
* Ensure accurate sell-in, sell-out, stock in the system
* Identify missing sell-out and assist Commercial Teams in their sell-out declarations
Analysis and Presentations for Management:
* Prepare ad hoc analysis and material for key presentations throughout the year
* Prepare template presentation for LE and budget process
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A first successful experience in business analysis
* Strong analytical skills
* Strong Excel skills
* Knowledge of BI tools such as SAC or PowerBI
* High level of personal integrity and motivation
* Ability to work under time constraints and meet deadlines
* Able to adapt in a changing environment
* Perfect verbal and written English
