Warehouse Associate(M/F/D)
Tasks
:
* Execute Weigh & Dispense operations and/or material management activities according to the daily schedule.
* Perform unloading, preparation, weighing, and shipping of materials.
* Handle materials within the dispensary, including toxic substances (no specific certification required).
* Support Kanban-managed materials, kitting activities, and glucose refill processes.
* Monitor processes against recipes and manufacturing documentation.
* Troubleshoot equipment and process-related issues.
* Revise and update documents as instructed; capable of implementing process and/or equipment changes.
* Actively maintain individual training plan and participate in team training activities.
* Train new associates as required.
* Execute validation protocols and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Qualification:
* Education in the chemical, food, pharmaceutical, or biotech industry (or equivalent technical background).
* Minimum 1 year of warehouse or manufacturing experience (GMP experience not required, but an advantage).
* Prior Weigh and Dispense experience in a manufacturing environment is ideal.
* Good understanding of material handling and flow operations.
* English (mandatory) – B1 level or higher.
* German – a strong plus (95% of the team are German speakers).
* Oracle and Syncade experience is an advantage.
* Forklift license: good to have (not mandatory).
* IATA/ADR certification: nice to have.
