**Clinical Education Manager Job Overview**

This role is responsible for developing clinical education content that aligns with the company's portfolio and solutions. The ideal candidate will create new and manage existing educational content, optimize it for distribution across multiple channels, and clearly present complex clinical and training concepts.
The Clinical Education Manager will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that the content is clinically relevant and meets established standards. They will also be responsible for continually assessing the content's performance, adapting it to maximize usage, and managing its lifecycle.
* Key Responsibilities:
1. Developing clinical education content, including presentations, how-to videos, webinars, e-learning courses, clinical and scientific evidence, clinical cases, speaker resources, pre- and post-course reading materials.
2. Adapting content formats to suit different channels and audiences, both online and offline, and maximizing usage.
3. Managing access to and regularly updating content held on the speaker portal and other centralized resources.
4. Ensuring inclusion of key messaging and theoretical and practical learning concepts.
5. Proactively identifying and addressing gaps in launch and lifecycle content.
6. Supporting the development of marketing, product, and course content to drive consistency in educational messaging, clinical accuracy, and reliable references.
7. Ensuring that all clinical education assets meet established internal and external standards by coordinating stakeholder reviews and approvals.
8. Developing and implementing content guidelines and templates to enable consistent standards across all educational assets.
9. Developing learning journeys that dental professionals can tailor to their educational needs.
10. Establishing relationships with external vendors, agencies, publishers, editors, and other stakeholders for the external publication of content.
11. Identifying and cultivating opportunities for strategic content partnerships.
12. Effectively managing and motivating key experts to develop content collaboratively.
13. Supporting local teams in using educational messages, standards, and proper use of educational assets for local purposes.
14. Managing demand and process for localization of content to enable usage worldwide.
15. Benchmarking knowledge within the field of training and education to stay abreast of market trends and needs.
16. Domestic and international travel to manage speakers and content on-site at events.
17. Building effective working relationships with colleagues responsible for product management, marketing, graphics, international courses, LMS, science, clinical research, materials, key expert management, regulatory affairs, sales training.
Requirements
* Critical Knowledge and Qualifications:
1. University degree in a medical field.
2. Understanding of scientific and clinical evidence.
3. Knowledge of industry communications strategies to support clinical products and solution education.
* Critical Skills/Technical Know-How:
1. Proven writing and editing track record.
2. Highly proficient communication in English, particularly in written format.
3. Generation of clinical-based communications materials.
4. Attention to detail.
5. Proven project management experience.
* Critical Experience:
1. 3-5 years' dental industry professional experience.
2. Experience presenting clinical/scientific data and concepts.
3. Experience developing and reviewing clinical content.
4. Experience in customer-facing roles.
5. Work experience within a fast-moving, international, and multicultural/multilingual environment.
