Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and maximize revenue.
* Contribute to the development of a global portfolio strategy by providing insights into customer needs, market trends, and service requirements.
* Lead go-to-market strategies for product launches in coordination with regional teams to define release and launch approaches.
Requirements:
* University degree in marketing, business administration, or equivalent working experience.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Marketing or Product Manager in an international med tech environment.
* Fluent in English; German at least B1 level.
* Analytical, structured, and with excellent communication skills.
* High customer and market orientation.
* Proficient in MS Office.
* Willing to travel approximately 20%, with home office possibility up to 40%.
