 
        
        MAIN TASKS – KEY ACCOUNTABILITY:
Leading end-to-end SCM activities for one to two biosimilar molecules
 * Analyze demand vs supply figures on a global level for one or more molecules in xls models
 * Provide transparency demand vs supply, enable cross functional alignment and business decisions by (senior) management
 * Participate in S&OP cycle and drive analysis of demand, inventory and supply/operations
 * Forecast Drug Substance and Drug Product demand (18 months planning horizon) based on Finished Product demand (sales provided by Market Units 3–5 years planning horizon) and agreed leadtimes, finished product inventory and available capacity at suppliers
 * Manage procurement/ordering process and oversee production planning and execution with internal and external suppliers of Drug Substance (DS), Drug Product (DP) and Finished Product (FP)
 * Plan and align on finished production manufacturing and distribution of finished products
 * Act as key contact with DS/DP/FP supplier in the scope of supply topics
 * Oversight of inventory within the supply chain on all levels (Drug Substance, Drug Production, Finished Product)
 * Build adhoc analysis in xls to answer management queries and run scenarios
 * Responsible for end-to-end setup as well as efficiency and compliance of Biosimilars supply chain
 * Alignment with finance regarding budget and FC review
MAIN TASKS – KEY ACCOUNTABILITY CONTINUED:
Leading biosimilars product launches
 * Ensuring manufacturing readiness and product availability for launch in line with project timelines and budget
 * Ensure alignment of cross-functional and multi-sites activities
 * Development and tracking of launch-map / timelines and support decision making by providing scenarios and options
Tech Transfer, Business Development and Tool improvements
 * Support Tech Transfer projects from supply perspective (bridging stock, phase out/phase in)
 * Contribute to Business Development / inlicensing projects
 * Participate in project ELEVATE and represent BU Biopharmaceuticals SCM's interests
 * Propose tool improvements in SAP ERP, IBP, Power BI and others
OTHER TASKS:
 * Identify areas of improvement/continuous improvement proposals and execution
QUALIFICATION PROFILE:
EDUCATION:
University degree in business administration, supply chain management, industrial engineering, life science, or similar
JOB SPECIFIC COMPETENCIES:
 * Strong knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes, including external manufacturing and launch management in the bio/pharmaceutical industry
 * Strong knowledge in planning, reporting and data analysis and ability to operate and maintain xls models
 * Very proficient use of xls and ability to build simple to advanced models to run analysis over several manufacturing steps
 * Proficient use of SAP ERP and SAP IBP
 * Project management experience, ability to plan, execute, coordinate and manage global projects
 * Track record in (re)defining processes, tools and structures
 * Knowledge of (bio)pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, GMP, regulatory requirements, QA and QC is plus
 * Continuous improvement mindset and/or certificate(s) such as Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt, Blackbelt, etc

WORK EXPERIENCE:
 * 5–15 years of professional experience in number driven environment such as supply chain management, controlling, finance, Big4 Audit/Consulting firms (Transaction advisory, M&A, etc.), manufacturing, or similar
 * Experience in international (bio/pharmaceutical) industry setting or consulting firm with regular client exposure
