Your contribution
As Contract Manager, you will play a key part in ensuring efficient, risk‑aware, and business‑focused legal operations across all Tecan affiliates. Reporting to the Director of Legal Affairs, you will:
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of contracts for our global affiliates, including confidentiality agreements, terms & conditions, procurement, consultancy, co‑marketing, beta testing, and key opinion leader agreements
Provide general legal support to the business as needed
Deliver training to employees on legal topics
Collaborate with colleagues in Legal Affairs and business stakeholders worldwide to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies
Your background

Bachelor’s degree in Law.
Initial experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts in English and German, or a strong motivation to develop these skills
Understanding of international contracts and cross‑border legal challenges.
Fluency in English and German (written and spoken)
A collaborative, solution‑oriented mindset and confidence to support stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions and cultures
