A well-reputed global pharmaceutical company is seeking a DevOps Engineer (m/f/d) to join its PCR Software Development chapter. In this role, you will work in a cross-functional, international environment, contributing to the development and maintenance of integrated and reliable software solutions for Molecular Diagnostics Systems.
Your work will play a key role in enabling laboratories worldwide to deliver accurate and timely diagnostic results, ultimately impacting patient care and healthcare innovation.

Your Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain DevOps pipelines, infrastructure, and documentation while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards for medical software.
* Drive the timely delivery of stable, secure, and scalable systems that meet organizational and customer requirements.
* Collaborate with diverse, intercultural teams to foster continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
* Communicate complex technical concepts effectively and empower team members through mentorship and collaboration.
Requirements
Your Experiences and Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in DevOps development/engineering.
* 4–8 years of experience in DevOps (e.g., Git, containerization, virtualization, CI/CD pipelines).
* Proficiency in scripting with Bash and Python.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Azure DevOps and/or GitHub.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams in an inclusive environment.
Nice to Have
* SAFe5 or SAFe6 certification.
