The successful candidate will join a team of cooling experts (Technicians, Technical Engineers, Engineers) who operate current and future cooling systems. She/he will support various activities related to the construction and testing of the CMS detectors, including:
1. Participating in the operation of evaporative CO2 cooling systems, supporting detector teams during testing and commissioning, including pressure and leak tests, and assembling small mechanical prototypes.
2. Maintaining water and CO2 cooling systems, including servicing CO2 membrane pumps and replacing valves or filters.
