About the Role
Therapy Management, Inc. (TMI) is seeking a compassionate, motivated full-time Physical Therapist (PT) to join our therapy teams at Wellspring Frankenmuth and Argentine Care Center. What You’ll Do
* Evaluate and treat residents to improve mobility, strength, balance, and independence
* Develop individualized treatment plans focused on functional outcomes
* Collaborate with OTs, SLPs, and assistants in an interdisciplinary team
* Provide education and support to residents, families, and caregivers
* Document accurately and timely in accordance with facility and company standards

* Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Michigan (or eligible)
* Passionate about working in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting
* Skilled in both short-term rehab and long-term care programs
