The Grand Hotel des Bains Kempinski St. Moritz is expanding its culinary portfolio with an extraordinary highlight: Neora is the first modern Greek restaurant to open in the Engadin. In the heart of the Swiss Alps, Mediterranean culinary culture meets Alpine elegance, ushering in a new era of Greek cuisine. Guests can expect an innovative concept with authentic flavours, hand-picked ingredients, specialities from the open fire and the famous Greek hospitality. Neora represents a significant step in the gastronomic evolution of the hotel: contemporary, emotional and cosmopolitan.

To strengthen our creative culinary team, we are looking for you as a motivated and dynamic Chef de Partie to open our Greek restaurant Neora from the coming winter season 2025/2026.

Key Responsibilities

Organising the kitchen post
Preparing food, drinks, materials and equipment for service
Cooking and serving dishes
Instructing cooks, kitchen assistants and stewards
Cleaning and preparing the work area
Conducting training courses
Assisting with development meetings
Ensuring correct on boarding into the company

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Completed training as a chef and several years of professional experience in upscale gastronomy in a comparable position
First experience in Greek and Mediterranean cuisine
Excellent product knowledge of Greek cuisine
Professional competence, creativity and attention to detail, as well as very high quality awareness
Structured and organised way of working
Great interest in team-oriented work
Very good knowledge of German and English
