Our automotive marketplace is one of the largest in Switzerland. We are operate beyond search and listings, into a broader ecosystem around leasing, financing, insurance and other services, making car buying simpler, more transparent and more digital.
What You Will Do
As Product Manager for our Automotive Marketplace, you will help grow one of Comparis’ most important consumer verticals. You will own the product experience for users exploring cars on comparis.ch, improving how people search, compare and connect with dealers.
Your focus is on growing traffic to the automotive marketplace, improving conversion to dealer leads, and extending the user journey into services such as leasing, financing and insurance.
Required Skills And Qualifications
* Define and evolve the product vision and roadmap for the automotive marketplace.
* Define success metrics and use data to guide product decisions and prioritisation.
* Improve how users discover and explore vehicles, optimisingsearch, listingsand comparison journeys to increase engagement and dealer leads.
* Identify opportunities to grow traffic and entry points into the automotive vertical.
* Design and test new ways to extend theuserjourney into services such as financing, leasingand insurance.
* Use analytics and experimentation to understand userbehaviourand continuously improve conversion across the funnel.
* Work closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing and Commercial teams to bring product ideas to market.
What We Expect From You
* Several years of experience as a Product Manager in a digital product environment, ideally on consumer platforms,marketplacesor comparison products.
* Strong interest in understanding userbehaviourand improving complex journeys through data and experimentation.
* Comfortable working with analytics tools and testing frameworks to measure product impact.
* Commercial mindset and motivation to build products that drive growth in traffic, engagement and monetisation.
* Clear communicator who works well with engineers,designers and business stakeholders.
* English is our working language. German is helpful but notrequired.
Nice to have
* Experience with fintech,lendingor insurance products.
* Experience improving search, discoveryor conversion funnels on high-traffic platforms.
* Interestand experiencein cars or the automotive market.
* Basic understanding of SEO and other acquisition channels.
