Civil Engineering and Bituminous Surfacing Site Manager (M/F)
To strengthen our Civil Engineering team, we are looking for a site manager (M/F).
Your tasks
Planning and organisation of construction sites
Coordination of teams, subcontractors and suppliers
Technical, administrative and financial monitoring of works
Control of deadlines, costs and quality
Participation in site meetings
Management of orders and supplies
Ensuring compliance with SUVA safety standards
Monitoring progress and reporting to management
Profile sought:
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in site management in Switzerland
Experience in civil engineering, public works, infrastructure and bituminous surfacing
Higher education diploma in site management or civil engineering or equivalent qualification
BTS / BUT in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification
Holder of a driving licence
Proficiency in reading plans and measurements
Organisational and interpersonal skills
Good prioritisation skills
Proficiency in IT tools and site software
