Professor/Coach (40%) HES-SO Master, in collaboration with the fields of Economics and Services (ES), Design and Visual Arts (DAV), Engineering and Architecture (IA), and Health, develops the Master of Science HES-SO program in Product and Business Development (Innokick). The Innokick program allows students to engage in interdisciplinary work aimed at developing innovative products and services. In addition to theoretical teaching to understand the techniques, it offers a strong connection with businesses. It allows students from the start of the program to work on real cases from companies and collaborate closely with their clients and stakeholders.MissionsYou will participate in coaching student teams in their projects and actively contribute to the Steering Committee of the MSc Innokick program. Moreover, you will be responsible for developing interdisciplinary skills within the Innokick Master and teaching in your field. Additionally, you will lead external projects from various professional backgrounds. You will also ensure technological, market, and regulatory monitoring in your area of expertise. Finally, you will contribute to the visibility and reputation of the MSc Innokick program and HES-SO.ProfileYou hold a doctoral degree or equivalent research experience; You possess strong pedagogical skills; You have a good understanding of the challenges related to health, the industry fields, and market dynamics; You have a solid knowledge of the regulatory frameworks in your area of expertise; You master project management methods and tools; You are capable of working and collaborating within an interdisciplinary team; You can deliver high-quality teaching at a Master's level, relying on adapted and innovative pedagogical approaches; You have excellent writing skills in French and a good command of English (spoken and written).
