We are partnering with a well-established, private family office based in Geneva, currently looking to strengthen its finance team with the hire of a Senior Accountant.

The Role
You will take ownership of a dedicated portfolio of entities across multiple jurisdictions, operating with a high level of autonomy and trust.
The position offers a diverse scope, combining operational accounting responsibilities with more analytical and value-added tasks, in a dynamic and evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the accounting for a portfolio of international entities (Switzerland, UK and other jurisdictions)
* Prepare financial statements and coordinate with auditors
* Oversee cash flow and participate in payment processes
* Deliver financial reporting and ad hoc analyses to support decision-making
* Work closely with external advisors (tax, legal, audit) on structuring and compliance matters
* Ensure consistency and efficiency across international holding structures
* Continuously improve processes and reporting tools

Your Profile
* Around 8–10 years’ experience in accounting
* Professional certification (e.g. ACCA, CPA, Swiss qualification or equivalent)
* Big Four background is a plus
* Comfortable working in multi-entity and international environments
* Experience in a family office, fiduciary or similar structure is a strong plus
* Exposure to UK or multi-jurisdictional setups is advantageousHands‑on, reliable, and able to operate with autonomy
* Fluent in French and English (both written and spoken)
