About the Role
We are seeking an experienced
Financial Director
to lead our finance function in Switzerland. You will oversee financial strategy, planning, reporting, and compliance, ensuring the company's financial health and long-term growth. This senior role requires strong leadership, analytical expertise, and the ability to drive financial excellence in a dynamic international environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the development and execution of the company's financial strategy.
* Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
* Ensure compliance with Swiss GAAP, IFRS, tax, and regulatory requirements.
* Manage cash flow, capital allocation, and risk management.
* Provide financial insights and recommendations to the executive team and board of directors.
* Oversee accounting, audit, and internal controls to ensure accuracy and integrity.
* Support M&A, investment, and expansion initiatives with financial modeling and due diligence.
* Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team.
* Partner with business units to drive operational efficiency and profitability.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; CPA, CFA, or ACCA preferred.
* 10+ years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
* Strong knowledge of Swiss financial regulations, GAAP, and international accounting standards.
* Proven track record in
financial strategy, corporate finance, and risk management

* Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
* Fluent in English; proficiency in
German or French
