international company undergoing a major HR & payroll transformation
, in recruiting a
Payroll & Benefits Specialist
(M/F/X).
This is a
long term
role - 12 month, open to permanency, with a preferred start date of
January 15th
.
MISSIONS:
* Manage complex Swiss payroll autonomously (including hires/leavers, bonuses, variable pay, absences, shadow payroll, LTI/RSUs, benefits in kind)
* Ensure social insurance declarations, source tax, and all Swiss statutory obligations
* Prepare documentation and reconciliations for internal and external audits
* Respond to employee queries (payslips, social insurance, tax, annual documents, balances, counters, etc.)
* Participate in organizing employee information sessions
* Maintain and update employee data in the HRIS in full compliance with Swiss labor law and GDPR
* Administer benefits (pension, family allowances, sickness and accident claims, etc.)
* Support annual processes such as salary review, bonus review, and reporting
* Contribute to the payroll migration to ADP: data preparation, testing, validation, compliance
* Support the transition of HR admin services to the provider: workflows, responsibilities, processes
* Assist with the local implementation of Oracle HR: Swiss configuration requirements, alignment with global teams
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders (C&B, Global HRIS, Finance, external providers) to harmonize processes
* Document payroll and HR administration processes
* Support ad-hoc Compensation & Benefits projects (job leveling, benefits review, reporting)

, you are curious about the profile we are seeking?
* You bring at least 5 years of experience in Swiss payroll within a complex environment and have strong expertise in international payroll topics, Swiss labor law, social security, taxation, and HR administration.
* You are familiar with payroll and HRIS transformation projects and ideally have experience with ADP/Abacus or other HRIS solutions such as Oracle HR.
* Highly rigorous, structured, autonomous, and discreet, you demonstrate excellent communication skills in English, with French or another European language considered an asset.
Salary range: 105K – 115K CHF depending on profile
Health allowance: 4,2K CHF/year gross
Contract: long term / permanent
Start date: January 15th
