Your main tasks and responsibilities
1. Managing the publications process related to clinical studies conducted by Octapharma
2. Supervision and maintenance of the in-house literature database
3. Medical revision and compilation of outgoing text documents (e.g. PIL, PI, SPC, DSURs/PSURs)
4. Answering of medical enquiries associated with the use of any of the company’s products
5. Responsible for the development and maintenance of a database for medical enquiries
6. Medical Advisor and interface to internal departments
7. Development and approval of marketing materials
8. Support of Octapharma activities at international congresses
9. Responsible for project management of phase IV programs
Your expertise and ideal skill set
10. Completed academic degree, ideally in a medical or scientific background (MD or PhD)
11. Experience in critical care, regulatory, clinical development or drug safety would be an advantage
12. Advanced skills in scientific writing and researching in medical databases
13. Fluent English, additional languages beneficial
14. Excellent organizational skills
15. Strong interpersonal communication skills
16. Readiness to travel

You can find all offers here: The minimum gross salary according to the collective agreement (chemical industry) is EUR 4.270,14 based on 38 hours per week (full-time). As we strive to offer a salary that reflects your individual profile and qualifications, there is a willingness to pay above the minimum salary.
