Contract Manager
The Contract Manager acts as the primary interface between WinGD and customers for Long-Term Service Agreements (LTSAs). The role ensures smooth communication, coordination, and execution of service commitments, focusing on customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Serve as the main point of contact for LTSA customers, ensuring timely updates on service execution, spare parts delivery, and maintenance schedules.
* Oversee end-to-end delivery of maintenance services, including tools, spare parts, and workshop logistics. Ensure compliance with QHSE standards and adapt to changes in scope or timing.
* Support LTSA lifecycle from proposal preparation and negotiation to execution and renewal. Ensure technical and commercial alignment with customer requirements.
* Work closely with Sales, Field Service, Supply Chain, and Technical Experts to resolve issues promptly and deliver seamless service.
* Track service KPIs, manage invoicing input, and provide regular status reports to customers and internal stakeholders.
* Identify opportunities to enhance service offerings and upsell additional solutions based on customer needs and market insights.
Your Profile
* Degree in Engineering, Logistics, or a related technical/commercial field
* 7–10 years of experience in the merchant marine industry across service operations, business development, and customer support
* Strong technical and commercial acumen, with proven experience in 2-stroke engine service models, LTSA management, customer engagement, and global cross-functional collaboration
* Strong communication and relationship building skills
* Working experience in SAP S/4HANA, CRM tools (e.g., ShareCRM), and Microsoft Office
* Self-driven, hands-on, and structured, with a proactive mindset and readiness to adapt to changing priorities
* Team-oriented and aligned with WinGD’s values of innovation, customer focus, and sustainable progress
* Fluent in English and Greek; any additional languages are an asset
* Willingness to travel internationally.
