The main focus is to support and ensure the completion and integrity of reporting process and supervise the cost accounting activities:
1. Assist internal and external auditors, contribute to document controls related to Sox requirements, quarterly SEC filings;
2. Support the monthly financial reporting requests from HQ;
3. Assist to perform consolidated BS & PL monthly analysis;
4. Perform ad-hoc finance projects and analysis;
5. Understand the reason of variances between COGS actual data and COGS forecast data;
6. Supervise and support cost accounting activities;
7. Verify accurate average costs and standards cost;
8. Support to monitor the cost center plan and chart of accounts;
9. Support to coordinate with subsidiaries and Accounting Share Service during financial closing process;
10. A bachelor or master degree in finance.
11. 1 to 2 years of experience in finance with experience in accounting and/or consolidation.
12. Accounting principles knowledge: USGaap and/or IFRS
13. Knowledge of JDEdwards/HFM Hyperion is a plus
14. Strong Excel skills.
15. Fluency in English.
16. Analytical minded, controls oriented, good communication skills and strong team player
