Whatyou’llbe doing
1. Lead and continuously improve EHS programs across multiple sites
2. Ensure compliance with local legislation and international standards (ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
3. Identifyrisks, conduct assessments, and implement preventive measures
4. Drive incident investigations andidentifyroot causes
5. Function asa trusted advisor to leadership and operational teams
6. Develop and deliver training and awareness programs
7. Lead audits, inspections, and interactions with authorities
8. Promote a strong safety-first and sustainability mindset
9. Monitor KPIs and present insights to senior stakeholders
What we look for
10. Relevant EHS qualification-SafetySpecialist(ASGS/STPS)
11. PreviousEHS experience infield-based environments
12. Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and management systems(ISO 14001 and ISO 45001)
13. Experience in industrial, construction, or technical environments
14. Fluent in English plus German or French
15. Driving licence and willingness to travelin Switzerland
